Hi everybody,
My floppy drive is not listed in My Computer nor can I
access it from the DOS prompt.

I physically unistalled the floppy drive and installed it
on another pc and it works fine.

I have read and followed instructions given in the
knowledge base article 812489. The problem is that there
are no UpperFilters/LowerFilters to delete in that key.
The only strings listed are :
(Default) -Data: Floppy disk drives
Class -Data: FloppyDisk
EnumPropPages32 -Data: SysSetup.Dll,DiskPropPageProvider
Icon -Data: 120
No Install Class -Data: 1
Silent Install -Data: 1
TroubleShooter-0. -Data: hcp://help/tshoot/tsdrive.htm

Any ideas?
Exactly the same thing happens with a friend's pc.
We are both on XP PRO.
Thanks
George
