I am writing a major thesis and I'm using Word10 for the
first time. In my works cited page I can not turn off the
blue highlighting around the web reference. Can anyone
help me?
PS. I have not been able to use the numbering page
function because no matter how many times i click on make
the page numbers change, it will only print 1. I'm using
the MLA format so it is last name Page#, but it is always
1.
Help. I'm not happy with xp right now.
Thanks

WordPerfect has nothing to do with XP or with Microsoft, it's a Corel
product. While there may be someone here who uses it, you'd get a much
quicker, and possibly better answer by posting to the appropriate Corel
group.

Well, she mentions WordPerfect in the Subject, Word and Works in what she
posted.
Becky, when you decide exactly what product you are using, please post your
question in the proper ng for that subject.
There are Word and Works ngs on the Microsoft ng server and I would expect
that Corel runs a similar WordPerfect ng.
You posted your message in a Windows XP ng, which is strictly about the
Operating System. Since the Operating System is NOT a word processing
application, the people most knowledgeable about any word processing
problems do not "hang out" here.
As an FYI, when someone loads Word on their system, there is an option to
include "Help for WordPerfect Users", so that they can learn to transition
to Word with fewer problems.

Go to Tools | Quick Correct, and on the Speed Links tab, uncheck
the box "Format words as hyperlinks when you type them."

Sorry, I don't understand this question.

Are you aware that WordPerfect is a completely separate product,
and not part of Windows XP? It's not even made by Microsoft. If
it came with your computer, it's only because the vendor you
bought it from chose to bundle it with what he sold you.
So your questions really aren't appropriate here. For help with
WordPerfect 10, go to the server cnews.corel.com and ask your
questions in corel.wpoffice.wordperfect10.
