inactive keyboard shrtcut buttons

I have a standard 101/102-keyboard or Microsoft Natural
PS/2 Keyboard with several shortcut buttons that are
inactive. My question is how do i activate these
shortcuts, if you have a solution please email to

Standard keyboard or multimedia keyboard? If configuring "extra" keyboard
buttons is not available in the options provided by the basic driver,
install the IntelliType software. It will add options to Control Panel>
Keyboard and you will be able to assign programs to those keys.
