My Win XP cant detect my cd roms. For some reason it stopped. CD is working
fine under Win 98 but in Win XP its giving the following error :
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration
information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
How do i solve this problem
