System era

I keep getting the following system era when I am on line.

System Error Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000060,
parameter2 0000000a, parameter3 00000000, parameter4
f7ca5902.

I get the blue screen and the computer restarts. The blue
screen also shows a reference to GWMDM.sys.

Any advice on what to do?

Do you have a Gateway Computer? This appears to be a problem with something
proprietary. You can try checking event log for possible sources but it may
lead right back to the same thing in which case you should contact Gateway.
Go to Control Panel, open Administrative Tools, open Event Viewer, look for
errors that correspond to when this happens, double click the error, it may
give a clue as to the source of the issue.
