to stop computer restoring click start menu : type in
services.msc : look for file called remote procedure call
up : double click it : click the recovery tab: change
were it says to reboot to "take no action" click apply
then ok: this will stop your computer shutting down but
you will still have the virus. i reccomend you go to
www.norton.com the web site there has a toll to remove
this virus.
