I have installed a hard disk of 183.5 GB as a secondary disk drive D, copied
the drive c (currently 40 GB and full) over and now want to set the D as the
master.

The problem is that the disk size is recorded as 132GB. The BIOS recognises
the new disk as 183.5 GB, but XP cannot see the real size.? The bios is set
for AUTO detection etc , and this went smoothly.

But XP is playing up.
