Got a new computer with no OS. When I turn it on all it says is Check PC
signal. However, there is another message that says "Monitor is Working."
The computer shop said they checked the computer before they sent it to me
and it was working fine. Any ideas or suggestions.

Josh,

If, as you say, this is a new system any reputable computer reseller will
get your PC operational, unless they can reasonably prove that you caused
the problem. I would return the system and have them repair or replace it.

What do you mean it was working fine?

A computer without an OS is purely useless plastic and metal.

If you can get into BIOS, which should be achievable, set to start on CD.

Then either purchase, or "borrow" an OS and install using the CD drive. That
is if there's a CD drive!

A bunch of things could be happening; can you specify anything else about
your computer?
