RPC problem

I have the followin error in my computer.

the system is shutting down. Please save all work in
progress and log off. Any unsaver changes will be lost.
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

windows mus now restart because remote procedure call
(RPC) service terminated unexpectedly

SOME ONE KNOW WHAT TO DO, I NEED HELP

Ya, Thanks for looking around alittle before posting ;)

If the computer is constantly rebooting, quickly go to:
Start > Run and type: shutdown -a , and hit enter.

This should halt the rebooting problem. (Thanks Nicholas)
