If you can access the CDs then look for a .WAB file which
is OE's address book. Copy to your HD as it'll make it
easier to restore
Then Open Outlook Express
Then Choose File/Import/Address Book
Then Locate and double click on the backed up copy
of "your name.wab" (where you saved it from the Backup CDs)
Click Open
The backed up address book is then imported into Outlook
Express.
