Nothing happens when I right click a printer and then click properties

I'm not able to go in the printer properties of my printer at my work. Nothing happens when I right click a printer and then click properties. I checked out technet and it says its because of of Novell Distributed Print services but i've already uninstalle
d Novell Distributed print services but no luck.

Any suggestions...I almost gave up and this issue and about to re-install windows.
