Try going to control-panel,open event viewer.
Usually there's detailed info.on whats taken place.

Thanks.

I couldn't actually see anything that related to the mem in events
however I found the options in windiag that showed me that my Dimm #2
had failed. I took it out and so far it seems okay for that part of it now.

It is a great little program that i will use every time I get consistant
errors.
