"taskman", "regedit" and others

[Smebb]

When I open the task manager, registry editor, or other
system/process/controller utilities, they open, then
close straight away! It's very frustating! I thought it
could have been that MSBlaster worm, but I have gotten
rid of that. Any other idea's??
