I've been having trouble getting my D-Link DSL-200 modem
operating. Installed Windows Xp Pro (from Windows Home.
It worked fine with Win Home) and then the drivers for
the modem. It would not install the icon on the desktop
so I could put username and password in to connect to the
internet. So installed the service pack driver for the
modem. To no avail this did not work either. Installed
the service pack for windows (SP1) and now the USN ports
no longer work, so I am now modemless and mouseless.
Grrrrr. Surely I don't have to start from scratch and
install everything from a newly formatted hard drive.
Any help would be appreciated.
