View Full Version : Folder View Settings Don't Stick

I have a desktop folder with shortcuts to applications.
I set the view options to Tiles and eventually the view
changes itself to Icons. I have the folder properties
set to remember the settings. I want to keep the Tiles
view without it setting itself back to Icons. Is there a
solution?

Hi
View settings are limited to 400. Try the following link to increase those
settings to 8000:

Hi
I'm not sure, but you said 'eventually' which may be because of the 400
limit setting.

| I installed the tweak. Was I exceeding the limit of
| 400? Is that the reason why my settings didn't stick?
| Thanks for the suggestion

They seem to be sticking now. I've opened the folder several times and the
view has not reverted back to Icons.
