Status bar information

Upon browsing Communities "Windows XP Customising" ,looking for a resolution to why the taskbar notification messages sometimes appear behind the taskbar then come to the front ,the status bar read , javascript:void(0); . Should that concern my Windo
ws XP Home Edition OS or anything else on my computer ? Please
