I am getting my facts straight before starting:
If I have an older computer with win98, and my new
computer has winxp preloaded, if I install the old
harddrive, what do I have to do to have a dual boot
system. I need win98 for compatability issues with a
program.

Well your going to need a program like System Commander which allows you to
do a dual boot and select which OS to start. WindowsXP has a built in dual
boot program but you need to have had the Win98 in already and then install
the WinXP and it will detect your old OS and add it to the boot list. Search
for dual boot programs. There are some free ones but I wouldn't trust them
to be honest with you i would rather buy System Commander or another well
know program to do it.
Hope This Helps,
