Windows xp pro boot problem

when i boot my computer it hangs at the following and
just starts counting...

please help

novell netware
viapci 10/100mb
fast ethernet adapater
analysing network media type
rpl-rom adr 000a-e67e-6679
rpl-rom irq 11
rpl-rom pio c800
ffc - #'s (starts counting from #1)

i have to keep rebooting - doing this cause my c drive to
stop working and had to format to get it to work again

Please help!!!
