printer problems

Please can anyone help me. I have bought a 3-in-1 Lexmark
printer. After installation the machine works but as soon
as I close the system down and re start the machine
doesn't work. I have to install to use everytime. I have
a replacement machine but still no joy. Please any help
greatly appreciated.
