I'am having the same trouble with my CMedia CMI8738 pci
soundcard,on my FAT32 XP Pro installation,but on my NTFS
XP Pro installation it works perfectly with V.639 driver.
I've had to disable sound card to get XP to boot,any body
got any ideas???
