Windows Media Player

I have Real Player Plus installed,as well as Windows
Media Player 9. My OS is Windows XP. How can I make the
Windows Media Player my default player vice Real Player.
Many of my daughter's music videos recommend Windows MP
for download, but they only go to Real Player.

You will need to go into the realone player configuration options and deselect all the settings for the player to automatically play the files.
Then after you have done that go to start, all programs and then set program access and defaults. When that opens up goto custom and press the arrow on the right scroll down to Choose default media player and select windows media player.
And then press ok.
this should set windows media player as your default player.
