Could someone please inform me how to enable the Security
Dialog Box whenever i hit Control + Alt + Del.
As of right now the task manager is opening by default
and i want the Security Dialog Box to pop up instead.

Change the way users log on and off in Control Panel> User Accounts.
Disable Windows Logon.
This will enable the extra security feature.

Sorry, replies are only posted to the newsgroup so that others may benefit
as well. As Agustin said, Control Panel, User Accounts and disable the
Welcome screen. You may also need to go to Start, Run and enter GPEDIT.MSC
Go to Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Local Policies, Security
Options. Under Interactive Logon, locate the Do Not Require CTRL-ALT-DEL.
Double click it and set it to Disabled.
