system error on my computer - need advice

My computer reboots by itself when I am requesting for
windows "Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. The error
meaasge says that the system shuts down because of NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

When I ask Windows online remote assistance, it says I am
not entitled to free of charge assistance ...

What to do?

Your PC has been infected by the msblast worm. Check winxp newsgroups and
the Symantec site for removal and protection procedures.
