missing some character on Crystal Report with Window XP

Dear Sir,Madame
My problem is when i'm develop program with Visual
Basic 6 SP5 and produce report with Crystal report 8.5 on
Window XP professional (my local language is Thai). Some
character of Thai language is missing on the report. I
mean the word in Thai is not completed...
How can i solve this problem...
