I was downloading the windows patch and my computer got
power bumped during program. I couldn't do anything with
it.It kept clicking on and off before it would start up
windows. The only way I could fix it was to delete all
files and reinstall the windowsxp program that came with
my gateway computer.I reinstalled it and all the gateway
applications cds I got all the programs back except the
Cd Roxie program that had been on the computer when I
orignially purchased it with the Windows xp already
installed in it.I now can't add to my data cds like I
could before with the Roxie program how can I get it back?
is there another windows program on xp that does that?
Also is there anyway to get back all the pictures I lost
when I deleted the files or are they gone forever?
P>S> please respond is simple terms as I am new to the
computer game

If Roxio was part of the original purchase of the computer, you should
have a CD-ROM that has the program on it. If not, contact Gateway, ask
them how to take care of this.
