im having trouble with the device driver and dont know
what it wont let my computer boot right and it says it is
in a loop?????

With such limited information no one is going to be able to help you. What
are your system specs? What is the EXACT error code you receive? What have
you done so far to try and fix the problem? Have you contacted the maker of
your PC for support?

What model All-In-Wonder, there are at least a half dozen
from ATI and several ATI clones. You get proper drivers
from ATI.
Did it ever work or did you just install it? If you just
installed it, did you remove the previous video card and
drivers first?
What motherboard, BIOS and other system details would also
help.
