Dell sent me the Win XP upgrade (from Win ME). There is
not a Certificate of Authencity # with it. Tried the one
on the side of my computer. Didn't work. Called Dell.
No Help. Told me to contact Microsoft. Spent 20 min on
hold. Please somebody help me.....

Microsoft does not offer technical support for OEM versions of Windows =
XP.
You need to call Dell support and ask to speak with a supervisor
in order to resolve your problem.
