Disk Cleanup

I don't know if this had anything to do with it or not,
but I had the virus (Exploit-DcomRpc) and got rid of it,
but my disk cleanup won't work. I am a computer idiot,
so please make the instructions simple and thanks in
advance.

What happens when you try to run clean manager? Many people find that
it freezes at the compression stage (can be removed via a downloadable
fix)..
