I want my computer as i first got it but igot it with
windows pre-loaded i know there is a system restore but i
want all my programes gone to well cept for the microsoft
ones
can any body help

You might have received one or two recovery CDs with your computer. If
so, you can boot to that first CD and recover your system to factory
state.

Otherwise, if you have a retail-ish CD, boot the CD and do a fresh
install.

If the computer was from a major vendor, it should have come with either an
XP CD, a set of restore disks or a procedure to restore to original shipped
state from the hard drive. Each manufacturer has their own process for how
this works, and you will need to consult your manual or special Help and
Support files on the computer, or the manufacturers web site for
information.
