Hi Dan! Lucky for you your install is so recent. I
recommend reinstalling again, but this time make sre to
format the drive and get rid of the old Windows install.
I think that will fix it but I am not positive. You can
go to Dell's website and get the different drivers you
will need to complete the fresh installation. Right now
the Windows install you are using is probably a Dell
modified version, and installing over the top of that
won't necessarily fix the problems as you have seen. Burn
a cd with all the drivers from the Dell web site that it
looks like you will need and then reinstall. If you want
to reimburse my time I can help you find the drivers you
will need. Good luck!
Charles
