Yes.. Exactly the same cost as the for the first copy - Normally comes in
the form of a second disk with a different Licenece key.

You can do this only if you buy a second license. And although
Microsoft gives you a small savings for the second license, it's
not a wonderful deal; you are almost certainly better off just
buying a second copy from a discount source.
