when i run the application to create a backup dvd of my
system files from the D drive i get this message if i use
a dvd+r disc (the disc is not blank please insert a blank
disc) this happens whether i format the disc or not.if i
use a dvd-r disc it says (the disc is rewritable and
cannot be used. My computer is a compaq S4100NX my DVD
burner is a Sony external DRX-510UL. I have no other
problems using the burner to watch or make movies.Is
there an answer out there or do i have to break down and
buy 6 cds to get this done. Also i have downloaded the
latest version of veritas DLA359 as befor i could not
format a DVD.
