Hello Mr White

Thanks for your informative reply.

as you have mentioned in ur reply, we have installed
necessary drivers.

we found another problem

and the first problem i mentioned earlier is one of the
part of this problem,

i m going to tell you what is that problem is .

Problem is:
when we try to access any folder/printer made in sharing
mode in win xp machine from win98 machine
it shows folder/printer in network neighbourhood sometimes
and it doesnt sometimes.

and when it shows its not necessary that it will be
accessible often,

when we try to access that displayed shared folder/pritner
from network neighbourhood, it gives "error <foldername>
is not accessible",

and if we keep trying to access it even though it gives
error,
suddenly it gives access successfull

so

1st prb is , folder name/printers in network neighbour
get displayed but sometimes it get undisplayed

2nd prb is , if the names are visible , its not certain
when it will give access successfull

we are really trying hard to solve this problem

so please help us to solve this problem

thanks

Hi, Rajendra.

Whoops! I overlooked the word "sharing" in your Subject line. ;^{

I'm a one-man one-computer kind of guy with no net but the Internet. I know
nothing of networks or sharing. I think my first post was correct, but it
probably was not helpful in your case.
