I am a teacher. I have 600+ students working on projects. Each of them saves their work in their own folder contained in anouther folder called "Students". Finding the files is easy. I just do a search for *.xls in the "students" folder and they all pop up
. Unfortunatly, I can rename them by selecting all and then renameing them as a batch, OR copy them to a local folder, not both. Many of the files have the same name so i NEED to rename them but would prefer to leave the origional as is in thier folders an
d only rename the copyies as I copy them. Anyone have any ideas?
