Messenger Has Encountered a Problem...

Hi,
i tried that. it doesn't work for me. Any other ideas
anybody?

Hi,

What's being disabled here is the Messenger Service in Windows, *not* Windows Messenger
(msmsgs.exe), so this won't affect this problem.
