I use Tablet XP. When you place the curser over a button--
almost any button--and leave it there for just a few
seconds, it activates, that is, it is as though I press
the button. This is extremely annoying. I can't find any
place to turn this off. With Mac and other operating
systems I've used, you can turn this feature on and off.
I am new to Windows and can't believe Microsoft would not
have a way to turn this feature off to accommodate
disabled and others who can't or don't want to move the
curser quickly. Any advice? What am I missing? Feel free
to reply direct as well as post the answer.
