Hi,

My Operating system is Win 2000 Professinonal. I have two
CD-ROM devices. Somehow CD Rom driver labels disapper and
I can't see on the explorer and My Computer. I uninstall
cdrom drives by the devices manager and installed again. I
can see it on the devices manager vith error messages.
Error messages are:"This device is not working properly
because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this
device. (Code 31)"

I can't see and use both CD-ROM devices at the moment, I
need very urgent help. Please can anybody help me?

Regards,

Huseyin.

Hi, Huseyin.

This often happens after you remove CD Creator. See this KB article:
