I have found the *wab in OE and copied it to my hard
drive but when I go to OE import and click on the file
there is nothing there. What do I do now?

When you click on Import in OE, select Address Book from the flyout menu.
Then select the old the old WAB file and click Open.

If still no luck, double click your old address book. Export its contents as
a CSV file. Then go back to OE and select Import> Other Address Book.

PS: You might also try unmarking Read Only in the WAB file's properties
before importing. I wouldn't think that would make a difference on an import
but if having trouble transferring the data in this file, it is worth a try.
