upgraded to xp from 98 changed file sys to ntfs lost drivers

I recently upgraded to windows xpfrom win 98 converted my
file system to ntfs and now cannot run my pctv, or play
dvds? how can i fix this problem?

Hello

You need to re-install your DVD softare that supports
Xp also you may need to get the most updated driver for
your PCTV card.
