Outlook Express doesnt send emails to non-server addresses

Weird case: cant find the answer... Neither Outlook nor
Outlook Express sends emails, but only to email addresses
of my Company servers: not to outside addresses. Has
anyone had this problem ?

Maybe you havent got access to outside
email, for the company you work for?
