When using the TV out connection on my graphics adaptor
card, there is no video. All the graphics appear on the
TV screen but no video. Pure graphics ie video games,
show correctly. The video is Ok on the pc monitor it's
only on the TV set that this problem occurs.

Generally video cards can only show overlay on one screen at a time, except
new and powerful ones. If you want to view it on the tv then you could try
changing the primary monitor to the tv.
