PLEASE HELP - can't view .mpg files in thumbnail mode

I still can't get my mpg files to show up as thumbnails even though
avi and jpg and gif files do.

Any help, someone?

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: THUMBNAILS , and hit enter.

utility will allow you to restore and add thumbnail view for about 17 file
extensions.
