I have the worm but it is impossible for me to download
the update because as soon as I start my computer another
screen shows up saying that I have 50 seconds remaining.
What can I do to fix my computer?
Thanks,

As soon as your computer reboots again and when Windows finishes loading,
click the Start button, then select Run. Type the following into the
dialog box:
shutdown -a (then click OK, or press Enter)
Here is a link with more information:

In addition, here is a good site with more details and how-to's:

You must kill the MSBlast.exe process (see Task Manager) first.
Also try to enable any Firewalls as well.

Start the RUN dialog and type in "shutdown -a". Then you should be able to
get online and get rid of the virus: goto
