The Control Panel shows on the start menu as a menu and it works fine. I
changed to a Link and it would not open. Any suggestions?

Hi Richard,
I'm not quite sure what you mean. I already have a control panel icon on my
desktop. The reason I use the start menu is I have my desktop settings to
not show icons.
