have a used system with original owners info and files.i
have to sign on windows as a guest.how can i delete this
from my pc so i am the primary user?i dont have contact
with the original owner and windows is asking me for a
password.when i turn system on it is displaying info that
i dont want.i have tried to undo this as guest but i dont
really know what to do.nothing i have tried is working.

Boot into Safe Mode and login as 'Administrator' then you can
set up your own users.

If not then you will have to reformat and reinstall Windows to
regain access to the system with users/passwords you have set.
