Overheating/catching hacker

How can you monitor hot hot computer is getting?(Just
replaced fan and programs are still closing out too often
and too sloooow! Also I forgot how to ping/leave message
also to an ip address. Next learn who someone is by
address? (had someone try to ping me!Used to know
how,forgot,BOO!)Thanks

To monitor temps & fan speeds in a PC, I like MBM --
MotherBoard Monitor.

In a CMD window, type ping /? for help.
