I have seen anti-virus as well as findfast causing this.

I'm guessing that you have a shortcut that is no longer applicable.

Try going to Find
You might as well use the advanced options.

Set it to look for *.lnk (that's LNK)
Text: a:\

If you find a shortcut, delete it.
