I'm having an issue where have 3 Plextor CD writers and
any of them will drop out at any time while I am using
Direct CD version 5.3.3.6 from within a program I have
created. The only way I can get them back is to use the
Device Manager to Scan for hardware changes or to Disable
the drive and then Enable it again. Is there a way to re-
enable the drive programatically using windows API calls?
