Netgear Adapter...

I am using a Netgear FA311 Ethernet adapter and just
installed Windows XP. When I try to set up my ISP Windows
doesn't recognize my card or the drivers. Does anyone have
a solution?

You need to read the book that came with your netgear product. "ISP
Windows" doesnt make any since, just read the manual.
