Need your help guys,
My PC keeps resetting. Its been doing it ramdomly for no
reason (dont get an error message like windows has
suffered a critical error or anything) it just resets.
The power just cuts out?

Im running an athlon xp 2000+. I recently upgraded the
mother board processor (from a P3 to the xp) upgraded my
ram graphix case PSU and the only 'original' hardware
still in my machine are the IDE cables and the hard
drives. Could I have a problem with my hard drives that
would be causing this.

I use the PC for DVD creation burning and now its gotten
so bad it cant even 'shrink' a dvd without powering down,
but sometimes when Im downloading itll stay on all night?

Ive got 2 40 gig hd's a dvd drive and writer and a 300w
psu - could I need more juice?

Uhhh, maybe this is some compatibility issue. My first suspect will be the
memory. Try pulling the dimms out and run tests with only one dimm inserted
at a time. Also make sure they are the same speed. Some MB don't like
different kinds of memory. I don't think this is related to the hard drive
since you say you are not getting any messages.

Try the memory first.

Good luck
